Founder & CEOPaloa started Steppe & Stone after years of watching small and mid-sized businesses get underserved by software vendors, either priced out of quality engineering or handed generic tools that didn't fit how they actually worked. She set out to build a consultancy that treats every client's operation like it matters, pairing serious engineering discipline with a real understanding of the business problem underneath the request. Today she sets the company's direction, oversees client relationships from first conversation through delivery, and makes sure every engagement stays grounded in practical, measurable outcomes.
