He advises on architecture decisions, technology roadmaps, vendor and build-vs-buy tradeoffs, and team structure, drawing on years of experience across cloud infrastructure, product engineering, and technical strategy. His role is to give client leadership teams a trusted technical voice in the room, someone who can translate business goals into a realistic engineering plan and hold that plan accountable over time.
